We look for coaches who are experienced, excited and have the best intentions for the entire team. We look for a mix of parent and non-parent candidates who demonstrate a solid game plan to develop players both individually and as a team.
Below are a few examples.
Coach Ralph Mirarchi of the Philadelphia Revolution will be entering his fourth year as a Head Coach with 10 and under ice hockey players. Ralph has over 28 years of experience in coaching various sports including soccer, baseball, and softball. His playing experience includes Junior Varsity, Varsity and Junior B Level Hockey. The main attribute that Coach Ralph brings to the ice is his love for the game. His success as a coach is attributed to his ability to motivate players so they reach their individual peak potential and most importantly learn how to play as a team.
